Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your parcel. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
Before sending back any products, kindly contact our customer service to obtain a return authorisation. Please note that certain personal‑care items are non‑returnable for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrives defective.
