The Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of out‑of‑stock items, and full refunds will be issued accordingly.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Standard international shipping normally takes 7‑20 business days, depending on destination countries and local logistics conditions. Unexpected delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak seasons or events beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipments cannot be arranged to regions under trade sanctions or restricted by local import laws. Some products may face special import requirements in certain territories, and customers shall check local regulations before placing orders.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Import duties, VAT and any other local taxes are borne by the customer. These charges are collected upon arrival in the destination country. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please consult your local customs office for further information.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos as evidence. We will investigate the case together with the shipping carrier. We recommend trackable shipping for high‑value orders.
